Women-Owned Businesses to Support Around the Triangle for National Women’s Day

(The Triangle Trend) National Women’s Day on Sunday, August 9th is creeping up on us fast. The title lasts one day, but the message lasts year-long. Women-owned businesses are on the rise both locally and nationally. Women are changing “traditional” roles in the business realm to positions of leadership and management. There are more female entrepreneurs today than ever before, and as with any business, they need consumer support. So making a conscious effort to support these businesses whenever possible is greatly appreciated by each and every one of these ladies. In the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area, here’s a list of businesses that are both women-owned and women-led.
