Home Fitness Made Simple With LES MILLS on Demand

(The Triangle Trend) — If you’re a gym head even remotely familiar with group fitness classes, then you have probably heard of LES MILLS at some point. Major gym chains like Fitness Connection and LIFETIME regularly feature LES MILLS instructors to guide gym members in exciting group workouts. These classes range in intensity, style, and a whole lot of other things so there’s generally something for everyone.

With so many people switching to at-home fitness, it can be a real struggle to keep up with your past exercise regimen. Especially if your workout routine included super heavy weights or fitness machines. Most of us aren’t fortunate enough to have leg presses, rowing machines, or ellipticals at home; and even if we do, it’s still a challenge creating optimized workouts.

LES MILLS makes a full-blown gym experience possible, just minus the physical group interaction. And let’s just say the LES MILLS On Demand Plans are incredibly reasonably priced. If you’re willing to make a 1-year commitment, you can snag a year-long plan at just $9.99 per month. That’s cheaper than basically any gym you’d come across in person. If a 3-month commitment is more your speed, you can opt for their “3-monthly” at just $11.99 per month. Still a heck of a lot cheaper than most physical gyms. And lastly, if you’d like to test the waters a bit more (after your 30-day free trial!), you can go with their monthly plan at $14.99 per month.

Now, what exactly would you be getting with this subscription? Here’s where things get exciting. Broadly speaking, you’ll be able to workout with some of the world’s best instructors from anywhere in the world. Many of the LES MILLS On Demand workouts don’t require any equipment at all. All you need is space to move safely (they recommend at least 60 square feet of clear space).

BODYPUMP and LES MILLS GRIT Strength are weights-based workouts that use a barbell and/or weights plates, CXWORX requires a resistance band and weight plates and RPM requires a stationary cycle.

The fitness class programs offered in LES MILLS On Demand are as follows:
