Currently, this gym is offering a full outdoor schedule, as well as daily zoom classes. Now that Phase 2.5 has allowed gyms to reopen in North Carolina, they’re increasing indoor gym access to those who are interested.

CrossFit Knightdale’s core classes are led by a certified CrossFit coach six days a week. They focus on high-intensity functional movements done in intervals, and each class is 60 minutes. United Fitness CrossFit offers some online options, but as COVID guidelines have changed they are also offering spots in their gym via reservation. They foster a safe and encouraging atmosphere where athletes of all fitness levels are empowered to change their lives for the better. They offer Nutrition coaching as well as a Teens program. If you’re not sure whether or not they are for you, they give you the option to stop in for a 15-30 minute “No-Sweat Intro”, where one of their coaches can discuss your goals and answer questions in a one-time, non-committal visit.
