CrossFit Gym Favorites Around the NC Triangle

(The Triangle Trend) — CrossFit, the branded fitness regimen created by Greg Glassman that’s either loved or hated by exercisers nation-wide, is still going strong despite so many gym closures and capacity limits. Turns out the CrossFit lifestyle has quickly become one of the healthiest addictions among everyday people everywhere. Aside from the fact that the workouts make you stronger, more confident, and more mobile, the global support network is what truly sets CrossFit apart from other workouts. There’s a booming community right here in the NC Triangle filled with members of all levels working towards their fitness goals. If you’re looking to join the movement (literally and figuratively), then here are some of the top local CrossFit gyms.

We believe in quality, not quantity, in challenging you to imagine and become your best self. We are serious about personal attention and goal setting. About encouragement and support. About building relationships and seeing growth. There’s nothing fake or fancy. No pretending to be something we’re not. We’re real people. We hit real walls. We have real failures. And we keep going.”

Our programming is thoughtful, progressive, and accessible to all skill levels, ranging from novice to competitive. People want to get a good workout, but they also want to get better. As coaches, we work to help every individual become better. We take our own classes, so we know exactly what works and what doesn’t. We constantly seek feedback from our members to let us know how we are doing. While we are competitive, we continue to build and strengthen our community. People come to our gym to find their people.”

CrossFit RDU
